Les autorités marocaines poursuivent les intimidations et menaces à l'encontre des militants des droits humains et des manifestants identifiés grâce aux photos et vidéos de la police. Des exemples récents:

Brahim Dahane, président de l'Association sahraouie des
victimes des violations des droits humains, Brahim Sabbar,son
secrétaire général, Daha Errahmouni, membre du
bureau et Daillal Mohamed Saleh, ont été
encerclés par la police alors qu'ils rendaient visite à
une victime des affrontements. La police a confisqué leur
carte d'identité en proférant des insultes et des
menaces. Une foule s'étant rapidement réunie sur place,
la police les a libérés de crainte d'une nouvelle
manifestation.
Elmami Amar Salem et des membres du Comité contre la torture
de Dakhla, sont suivis durant plusieurs heures, et Talbi Alayat Sidi
Mohamed Lehbib a subi interrogatoire et tortures durant la nuit du 2
au 3 juin dans les locaux de la police.

- Mohamed Jaïim, syndicaliste, ancien employé de Phosboucraa déporté en 2002 à Ben Guérir se trouvait à El Ayoun lors des affrontements pour risons professionnelles. A son retour chez lui il a reçu des menaces téléphoniques, sa maison serait incendiée. Pour protester il s'est mis en grève de la faim et a été hospitalisé par la suite en raison de la détérioration de son état de santé. [corr.]
- The Sahrawi human rights and Trade Union activist, Mohamed Ejjaaim, is subject to harassment by the Moroccan authorities after visiting El Ayun coming from the Moroccan city to which he was deported in 2002, Ben Guerir. He also participated with the students in Marrakesh in the demonstrations with El Ayun Intifada. His house was going to be burned down by unknown Moroccans, and thus he went into hunger strike. He is now in hospital in Marrkesh because of the strike.
- The president of The Sahrawi Association of the Victims of the huiman rights violations committed by the Moroccan State, Brahim Dahhan, its secretary general, Brahim Sabbar,its counselor, Daha Rahmouni and Daillal Mohamed Saleh, from its Coordinating Council were stopped by the police at 01 a.m. on June 04th, 2005, their car was well-fetched by the group of the police consisting of three big cars.
- Hamid Bahri, the vice Wali of security in the occupied El Ayun, is threatening the families of Sahrawi youth by arrest and torture because of their participation in the intifada of independence.
- El Houcine Ndour, who was arrested during the intifada was transported to the hospital in a terrible health conditions because of the torture and interrogation of the Moroccan police.
- The Moroccan authorities in El Ayun are looking for the Sahrawi citizen, Sidi Ould Mohamed Fadel Aammi El Mahjoub to be arrested because of his participation in the Intifada.
- The Sahrawi citizens who have been tortured by the Moroccan police are still suffering from the consequences of brutal torture.
- The Sahrawi student, El Guerrouj Hassan,who was arrested in Agadir is released after being interrogated and savagely tortured.
- The places where the Sahrawi students study, are still under strict control, and the students' houses are being broken into.[corr.]
