Suite à mon transfert illégal  le 01 Août 2005 de la prison Noire de Lâayoune (Sahara Occidental) vers la prison d'Ait Melloul (Sud-Maroc) en même temps que les militants sahraouis des droits de l'homme Mohamed Cheikh Elmoutaoikil, Brahim Noumria, Elhoucine Lidri et Elarbi Massoud, un transfert qui s'est déroulé dans des conditions et des circonstances inhumaines incarnées par l'humiliation et les insultes des agents du service des renseignements généraux marocain et de la Police marocaine sous direction d'un nommé Abderrahmane alias Elbahdja.

Suite à la décision de l'état marocain de m'envoyer vers un hôpital psychiatrique à la ville d'Agadir à partir du jeudi 04 Août 2005 sous des prétextes injustifiés,

Je déclare à l'opinion publique nationale et internationale :

• Ma condamnation ferme des graves violations des droits de l'homme dont j'ai été victime comme tous les autres militants des droits humains arrêtés et emprisonnés par l'état marocain.
• Le commencement de une nouvelle (18 ème) grève de faim ouverte à partir du 03/08/2005 à 20h00.
• L'état marocain doit assumer l'entière responsabilité concernant ma sécurité physique et morale menacée par cette décision incompréhensible et inhumaine.
• Mon solennel appel à toutes les organisations et les associations des droits humains dans le monde entier et à toutes les vives consciences pour intervenir auprès de l'état marocain pour mettre fin à cette tragédie qui pourra se transformer en crime qui menacera ma santé physique et morale.

After my illegal deportation together with the Sahrawi human rights activists, Mohamed  Elmotaoikil, Brahim Noumria, Elhoucine Lidri, and Larbi Massaoud, on August 01, 2005 from the Black Jail in El Ayun to Moroccan cities, and the excessive insult and verbal abuse by the Moroccan security services and the Urban Security Group headed by Abderrahim, nicknamed Elbahja,

The Moroccan state has intensified its assault on my physical and mental security by deciding to take me to a mental hospital in Agadir, Morocco on Thursday, August 04, 2005 alleging that I am mentally sick, whereas I suffer from other illnesses like rheumatism, asthma, stomachache, heart diseases and other skin illnesses.

Thus, prior to my forcible illegal deportation, I declare my:

1. strong protest upon my transfer together with the other Sahrawi activists in inhuman conditions from El Ayun to other prisons in Morocco.
2. going on an open hunger strike starting at 20:00 GMT on Wednesday, August 03, 2005.
3. charge to the Moroccan authorities of  what may threaten my physical or mental health if forcibly deported to a mental hospital.
4.  
5. appeal to the international human rights associations and organizations to interfere immediately to stop this terrible crime that threatens my personal security.
