	The solution must be found with the Frente POLISARIO. To delude the international opinion by implicating Algeria, is a waste of effort. The King Mohamed VI's visit to the Sahrawi occupied territories in 2002 curiously remind us of the King Juan Carlos' visit in 1975 !
	The Moroccan palace, government and traditional parties have been affected these days by an unprecedented verbal diarrhoea, charging unfairly Algeria of the troubles of Morocco in connection with Western Sahara. The Moroccan accusations followed the sustained efforts deployed for the peaceful settlement of the Western Sahara conflict on just basis and go into the framework of the Moroccan disinformation campaign, destined to persuade the permanent members of UN Security Council in particular, and the international community in general, of the "well-founded" of the Moroccan thesis of autonomy, rejected by the Frente POLISARIO. The King of Morocco has inaugurated this campaign by an impulsive speech pronounced during his recent visit to the Sahrawi occupied territories. This visit reminds us of the one made by King Juan Carlos of Spain. The later came and declared in El-Aaiun in 1975 that Spain will not abandon Western Sahara ! Every body knows what happened afterwards. In almost identical circumstances, King Mohamed VI of Morocco came curiously and repeat in 2002 the same words to the Sahrawis of El-Aaiun and Dakhla ! We recall that it is vain to try and reduce the Western Sahara decolonisation issue to a problem between Algeria and Morocco. The world knows that the Western Sahara conflict is between the Sahrawi People and their National Liberation Movement, the Frente POLISARIO on one hand, and the kingdom of Morocco on the other hand. As for Algeria, it supports the Sahrawi cause and will certainly support any solution that the Sahrawis would accept. Therefore the solution must be found with the Frente POLISARIO. Any effort of peace which doesn't take into consideration this reality is doomed to failure. We call upon those who have the power in Morocco for dialogue in order to settle peacefully the conflict on the basis of the UN and OAU Peace Plan, which we had both, Frente POLISARIO and Morocco, officially and publicly accepted in 1991. We call upon those who now can decide in Morocco in order to comply with the commitments of their country. As for the attempt to delude the international opinion by implicating Algeria, it is nothing but a waste of effort. 	La solution doit être cherchée avec le Frente POLISARIO. Impliquer l'Algérie dans le conflit du Sahara Occidental pour leurrer l'opinion internationale est une peine perdue ! La visite de Mohamed VI aux territoires occupés rappelle curieusement celle de Juan Carlos de 1975 !
	ALe palais, le gouvernement et les partis traditionnels marocains, emportés par la fuite en avant, se sont laissés ces derniers temps envahir par une diarrhée verbale sans précédent, accusant injustement l'Algérie d'être à l'origine de tous les maux du Maroc en rapport avec le Sahara Occidental. Les accusations marocaines font suite aux efforts soutenus, entrepris ici et là pour le règlement pacifique du conflit du Sahara Occidental sur des bases justes, et entrent dans le cadre de la campagne marocaine d'intoxication destinée à persuader les membres permanents du Conseil de Sécurité en particulier, et la communauté internationale en général, du « bien-fondé » de la thèse marocaine de l'autonomie, rejetée par le Frente POLISARIO. Le roi du Maroc a inauguré cette campagne par un discours impulsif, prononcé lors de sa visite effectuée récemment aux territoires occupés du Sahara Occidental. Signalons que cette visite rappelle étrangement celle du roi Juan Carlos d'Espagne. Celui-ci est venu déclarer à El-Aaiun en 1975 que l'Espagne n'abandonnera pas le Sahara Occidental. Tout le monde connaît la suite ! Dans des circonstances presqu'identiques, le roi Mohamed VI est venu curieusement répéter en 2002 la même chose aux Sahraouis d'El-Aaiun et de Dakhla ! Nous tenons à rappeler qu'il est vain de tenter de réduire le problème de décolonisation du Sahara Occidental à un problème entre l'Algérie et le Maroc. Le monde entier sait que le conflit du Sahara Occidental oppose le peuple sahraoui et son mouvement de libération nationale, le Frente POLISARIO d'une part, et le royaume du Maroc, d'autre part. Quant à l'Algérie, elle soutient la cause du peuple sahraoui et soutiendra sans doute toute solution que les Sahraouis accepteraient. Dès lors, la solution doit être cherchée avec le Frente POLISARIO. Tout effort de paix qui ne prend pas en considération cette réalité est voué à l'échec.   Nous appelons donc ceux qui ont le pouvoir au Maroc au dialogue pour le règlement pacifique du conflit, sur la base du plan de paix de l'ONU et de l'OUA que nous avons ensemble accepté officiellement et publiquement en 1991. Nous appelons ceux qui décident aujourd'hui au Maroc à honorer les engagements de leur pays. Quant à vouloir leurrer l'opinion internationale en impliquant l'Algérie, ce n'est qu'une peine perdue.
