The meeting under the auspices of James Baker III ended after 4 hours of discussions which were centered on the proposals of the parties to overcome the obstacles to the peace plan. The Polisario Front gave a memorandum to Baker. Another meeting will take place in September. Meanwhile the parties will meet for technical talks about the problems of the appel's process.
