RESUMEN DE LOS ULTIMOS ACONTECIMIENTOS

AAIÚN. La cárcel Negra

El gobierno Marroquí esta intentando estos días enmascarar la tragedia humana que se vivía en la Cárcel Negra del Aaiún, por ello esta trasladando a grupos de los presos Comunes de la mencionada cárcel para Ait Melloul y a otras e aquí son las cifras de este movimiento:

En el mismo contesto el procurador del tribunal penal del Aaiún señalo la fecha del juicio para los dos presos comunes TANJAOUI YAHDIH n 25803 y BOULEMIZ MOHAMED n 26075, acusados de sacar las fotos de la Cárcel Negra, el día 29 de septiembre para el primero y el día 6 de octubre para el segundo.

AAIÚN Tribunal Penal

El preso político Lehsen Zraiguinat, en libertad condicional fue presentado hoy ante la sala del tribunal penal del Aaiún, y inmediatamente el presidente del tribunal ordeno el aplazamiento del juicio para el día 26 de octubre próximo,y ante este hecho Zraiguinat pidió que sea juzgado de inmediato para salir en libertad o ir a la cárcel ,manifestando su rechazo a esa situación y también pidió que se le acusa de algo concreto, ya que la gendarmería en el momento de detenerle le pegaban y le acusaban de planear matar al gobernador, mientras que el juez de instrucción le interrogo sobre la destrucción de bienes comunes ..etc.
El presidente del tribunal no considero las demandas del preso político y ordeno sacarle de la sala.

MARRAKECH Tribunal de primera instancia

Los dos estudiantes Saharauis que han sido detenidos el día 31 de Mayo a raíz de las manifestaciones de estudiantes Saharauis en Marrakech, y fueron puestos en libertad condicional posteriormente, han sido convocados a juicio para el día 4 de octubre próximo, Se trata de: BAIBA MOULAY BABA n 78480 y MAHMOUD ABAH no 78479.

The Moroccan authorities  make a lawsuit against the Black Prison photo-takers

Against every person‚s right to unveil any violation of human rights, and after the launching of the disgraceful photos of the Black prison in El Ayun, the Moroccan authorities make a lawsuit against the Sahrawi prisoner, Ettanjawi Yahdih, prison number 25803 who is going to be presented to court tomorrow September 29, 2005, and Boulemaaiz Mohamed, prison number 26075 who is going to be presented to court on October 06, 2005.
Both prisoners as well as Mohamed Lamine Sbaai were accused by the prison administration and the general attorney of displaying the disgraceful photos of the Black Prison on the internet.

Lehcen Zraiguinat presented to court on September 28

On Wednesday, September 28, 2005, the political prisoner, Lehcen Zraiguinat, prison 26 126, was presented to court in El Ayun after being released on parole on September 14, 2005; an attempt to get rid of his treatment expenses and the responsibility of his possible death in prison.
The court president ordered that the trial should be delayed until October 26, 2005, but the political prisoner, Lehcen Zraiguinat, refused the delay saying that he has to be tried and his accusation should be specified. At first, he was arrested in Fouù Elouad and charged of attempting to assassinate the Wali of El Ayun. Then, he was accused of destroying the public belongings while being interrogated by the judicial police centers. The court president finally decided to delay the trial unti October 26, 2005.

A group of common law prisoners were released while another group were deported to the prison of Ait Melloul

On September 27, 2005, the prison administration in El Ayun released a group of 28 common law prisoners, among them one woman, while 72 prisoners were deported to Ait Melloul, Morocco in order to reduce the international pressure exerted on the Moroccan state by the Moroccan and international human rights organisations and the daily appeals calling for the release of all the Sahrawi political prisoners who are going on a hunger strike since August 08, 2005.

The condemnation statements and the latest disgraceful photos of the Black Prison who was renamed Abou Gherib  of the Western Sahara, also put a lot of pressure on Morocco to take these measures.

The trial of some Sahrawi university students on October 04, 2005

On October 04, 2005 two Sahrawi university students, who were released on parole after their arrest in Marrakesh on May 31, 2005 during demonstrations and sit-ins organised by the Sahrawi students at Moroccan universities calling for the Sahrawi people‚s right to self-determination and independence. The peaceful demonstrations also called for stopping the campaign of arrests &and torture against the Sahrawis since the beginning of the intifada of independence.

Both students are from Smara, Western Sahara; The first one is called Baiba Moulay Abba, prison number 78480 and was born in Smara; the second is called Mahmoud Abbah, prison number 78479, and was born in 1982 in Smara. They both study at AlQadi Aayad University in Marrakesh.

EL AYOUN, Prison noire

Les autorités marocaines tentent de masquer la situation tragique que vivent les prisoniers dans la Prison noire, elles transfèrent des groupes de prisoniers de droit commun vers Aït Melloul et d'autres prisons:

Le jugement de TANJAOUI YAHDIH no 25803 et BOULEMIZ MOHAMED n 26075, accusés d'avoir pris les photos à l'intérieur de la prison est fixé au 29 septembre pour le premiee et au 6 octobre pour le segond..

EL AYOUN, Tribunal Penal

Le prisonier politique Lahcen Zraiguinat , en libération conditionnelle pour son état de santé a été présenté au juge, le jugement reporté au 26 octobre. Zraiguinat a demandé à être juge immédiatement , pour être mis en liberté ou incarcéré , il a aussi demandé que les motifs d'inculpation lui soient transmis, relevant que durant l'instruction à la gendarmerie on l'accusait de planifier l'assassinat du gouverneur alors que le juge d'instruction l'a interrogé sur la destruction de biens publics... Le président n'est pas entré en matière.

Les deux étudiants sahraouis arrêtés le 31 mai lors des manifestations à Marrakech, BAIBA MOULAY BABA no 78480 y MAHMOUD ABAH no 78479, en liberté conditionnelle, sont convoqués par le juge pour le 4 octobre.
