The health conditions of the Sahrawi political prisoners in the Black Prison deteriorates dramatically, and the Sahrawi political prisoner, Amidan Elouali, is in danger

On September 12, 2005, at about 16:30, three Sahrawi political prisoners in the Black Prison in El Ayun, Aalouate Sidi Mohamed, Bouchama Naffaa and Amidan Elouali lost consciousness and could no longer speak or move. Their fellows in prison begged the prison headmaster to take them to the hospital, but he refused until about 18:00 that they were taken to Belmehdi hospital in El Ayun in a dangerous state.

The doctors and some authority agents obliged the three Sahrawi prisoners to take some medical cures in order to break the hunger strike. The Sahrawi political prisoners insisted that responding to their demands is the only way to stop the hunger strike.

At about 21:00, both Sidi Mohamed Aalouate and Bouchama Naffaa were taken back to prison while Amidan Elouali remained at the hospital to make a medical operation on his intestines.

Amidan's mother was shocked and lost consciousness at the hospital as the Moroccan security agents deprived her and the other members of the family from seeing Elouali after a long verbal quarrel with them.
