RELEASE
After the abduction of the symbol of the national resistance, Ali Salem Tamek, in the airport of El Ayun on July 18, 2005 by the Moroccan secret services to be put in the Black Jail in El Ayun as well as the abduction of the human rights activists, Mohamed Elmoutaoikil, Brahim Noumria, Elhoucine Lidri and Larbi Massoud, on July 20, 2005 to be also transported to the black Jail on July 23, 2005,
And after the savage torture of the human rights activists, Brahim Noumria and Elhoucine Lidri, in the secret jail, PC CMI, where they were hanged for long hours, severely beaten on sensible parts of the body, burnt with fire on the hands and arms apart from the psychological torture such as the insult, verbal abuse and the threatening of rape.
And also after the continuous violations of human rights in the Western Sahara against the human rights defenders, political prisoners and the Sahrawi citizens, especially the confirming of the unjust verdict against the activist Bougarfa Abderrahman in the Moroccan court of appeal,
I, as a human rights activist and former political disappeared, declare my:
1. Condemnation of the ferocious campaign against the Sahrawi human rights activists that ended in putting them in the Black Jail in El Ayun, Western Sahara.
2. Denouncement of the unjust verdicts sentenced against the Sahrawi political prisoners.
3. Condemnation of the continuous expulsion of the international humanitarian, parliamentary, media and Trade Union delegations, the latter of which is the delegation coming from the Canary Islands on July 24,2005.
4. Appeal to the human rights associations and organizations to exert pressure on the Moroccan state in order to respect human rights in the Western Sahara, and to raise the media and military siege on the Western Sahara.
