LLAMAMIENTO URGENTE

Por la presente queríamos trasladarle nuestra preocupación sobre la situación actual en los Campamentos de Refugiados Saharauis con respecto a la ayuda humanitaria.

Según nuestras informaciones tanto el stock del PAM que tiene el mandato de garantizar a la población refugiada los 4 productos básicos como el  stock de seguridad entregado por ECHO se encuentran agotados, lo que puede provocar una hambruna en los campamentos si no se toma ninguna decisión al respecto.

En el ejercicio de nuestra labor como parlamentarios europeos y ante esta situación nos encontramos en la obligación de hacer un llamamiento para que de forma urgente se ponga solución a este problema movilizando los recursos necesarios que eviten las consecuencias tan negativas que se puedan provocar.

URGENT CALL

With this letter we would like to draw your attention to the current situation of the Sahrawi refugee camps in relation to the humanitarian aid.

According to our information, both the PAM stock, which has the command to guarantee the four basic products to the refugee population, and the security stock granted by ECHO are completely exhausted, which can lead to a situation of hunger in the camps if a decision is not taken in time to this respect.

In our work as Members of the European Parliament, and faced with this situation, we feel obliged to make an urgent call to solve this problem through the mobilization of the necessary resources to avoid the very negative consequences that this situation can cause.

We hope that our petition can be supported and implemented.
